Martin Kgatla is currently a Senior Manager in Transnet SOC Ltd. Founder and Chairperson of Reneilwe Foundation NPO. With over fourteen [14] years' experience gained within the Transnet; Martin Kgatla is an adept leader, meticulous and thorough in all operations, and is committed to creating a high functioning workplace environment. Martin is a member of the Southern African Asset Management Association (SAAMA).
Martin Holds a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Tshwane University of Technology and Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PDBA) from University of Witwatersrand. Martin is additionally qualified in multiple aspects of Management, having completed certifications in; New Manager's Programme and Management Advancement Programme, through Wits Business School. At Wits Martin was trained and certified on Strategy development, Operations Management, Finance and Accounting, Business Economics, Marketing and Human Resource Management. Martin believes that every human being has the right to dignity regardless of their background, upbringing or the environment they grew up in, that is what motivates him to give his time and resources to community work.

Brian Matlou has been a member of Reneilwe Foundation board since its formation. He brings in vast experience with his background in Education and Training, Banking and Travel and Tourism acquired through Software Engineering jobs over the years.
Brian holds National Diploma in Information Technology from Vaal University of Technology, Advanced IT Project Management Certificate from University of Johannesburg, Several Bookkeeping Certificates from Birnam Business College
He also completed a yearlong (2015) Leadership Academy Program offered to selected managers and employees within the Bidvest Group.
He became a member of the foundation as its vision and mission talks to his enormous passion on Early Childhood Development which he believes holds the key to our children to becoming leaders of tomorrow.

Mzwakhe is an operational executive with over 15 years of experience in higher education. He is the director of Reneilwe Foundation NPO since its inception in 2019. His expertise is in Finance, Fundraising and 3rd stream income generation.
Currently, Mzwakhe Matukane occupies the position of Chairperson of Student Account Administrators Forum (SAAF). Mr. Matukane is also a trustee at City Lodge Education Trust. He served in the UJ Audit Committee, Finance Committee, and Risk Management Committee.
He received an MCOM from University of Johannesburg, a postgraduate degree from the University of South Africa.

Lucky Maropene Mahlaba is a graduate of University of Limpopo, specialising in communication and media studies. She also developed some competencies in broadcasting and writing.
Her interests at heart are community serving and working with people as a team and innovatively coming up with solutions that other people find them difficult to achieve.

BSc (Biological science) and PDBA (business management) graduate of Wits University. Passionate about helping others reach their goals and loves children hence she is Sunday school teacher at JTL Ministries RSA. She sees Reneilwe Foundation as an opportunity to give help as she too received help in one way or another ("freely you have received, freely give" Matthew 10:8).
